Both tasting and making are great for Hen/stag parties, birthday or anniversary celebrations,  an unusual and interesting team building or reward  at work. Or just a great treat for you and your friends.

Gin Tasting

Jackie will come to your home , office  or wherever you choose. And will guide  you , your freinds, colleagues or family through the wonderful world of gin.

She will happily tailor the tasting session to your requirements. Focusing on different styles , regions, or distilleries. If you would prefer Jackie will lead you in tasting her favourite gins.

Recommendations on tonics and garnishes for each gin that is tasted .

Lots of tastings will be included along with expertly made G&Ts and maybe the odd cocktail.

There will be at 6 tastings 

Gin Making

Don't worry  we won't be setting up a still  and keeping an eye out for the customs people.

As above Jackie will come to your home , office  or wherever you choose.

We will lead you in adding flavours and essences to a high quality neutral grain spirit.

Each gin will be unique to every person in the group.

The session will start with a Tom Collins and a short talk on the history of gin and gin making.

We will then taste and sniff our way through our collection of essences  and botanicals , 

Jackie will advise each person   and hopefully help them make a new favourite gin .

While doing this, there will be G&Ts for everyone  and advice on garnishes and tonic.

To round off the day  gin martinis will be served. And we will seal and label everyone bottle for them to take away with them.
